Lay Ministry

The Lay Ministry is comprised of non-ordained members of the local church who teach and instill love for Christ by studying the scriptures, history, structure, traditions and principles of African Methodism.

Prayer Ministry

The Prayer Ministry promotes the healing power of prayer. This ministry encourages all to build closer relationships with God, our Father, through prayer, to serve as intercessors between the people and God regarding the many problems people face, and to understand that “with God all things are possible.”

Health & Wellness Ministry

The Health and Wellness Ministry empowers individuals in the church and community to become self-advocates attaining optimal physical, emotional, and spiritual health so that they can have “full and abundant life.” 

Transportation Ministry

The Transportation Ministry supports the church by providing transportation to members when traveling to outside engagements and church sponsored field trips.  It also brings senior and non-driving members to the church for Sunday morning worship services.
